OAO “Izhevskiy Radiozavod” is aimed at being the best Russian Company producing electronics.

Life and health are the main values of a human being. The most important issues for the Company are to exclude the risk of loosing these values for each employee and not to inflict any harm.

OAO “Izhevskiy Radiozavod” enters into obligation to:

- reduce the levels of acceptable risk, primarily, at the working places with occupational hazards effecting on the employee health;

- prevent industrial injuries and occupational diseases;

- ensure effectiveness of Occupational Health and Safety Management System;

- operate observing Russian and Regional Acts of Law and other regulatory legal acts with the health and safety requirements including requirements to Occupational Health and Safety Management System pursuant to OHSAS 18001:2007;

- involve employees in the process of improving work safety conditions and in conscious fulfillment of all personal obligations in the sphere of occupational health and safety;

- provide accessibility to the Company Occupational Health and Safety System as well as to provide cooperation with all the parties concerned.

Occupational Health and Safety Management System is an integral part of the Company Management System in a process of its stable development.

The Company Top Management takes responsibilities for the Occupational Health and Safety Policy implementation.
