Our mission is to be the best Russian Company producing electronics

Based on mission the quality of our products and services shall fully comply with our customers requirements and be the best among Russian companies.

The Quality Policy means conscious adhering by each employee of the Company to the requirements of the Quality Management System, which conforms to Russian and International Standards, for the purpose of achieving the mission.

Each employee shall be aware of how his/her work at a working place and in a process influences customer satisfaction and what shall be done by employee to improve customer satisfaction.

Continuous improvement of the processes and Quality Management System effectiveness is among the tasks to be considered each day. Leading position in such activity shall take Managers in charge of particular areas and processes.

Necessary condition for successful development of the Company is fulfillment of all commitments to customers and the society within the whole life cycle of products and projects.
