 Surface mounting technology
OAO “Izhevskiy Radiozavod” manufactures electronic assembly units on the basis of printed circuit boards, the components being mounted by the surface mounting technology (SMT) and selective soldering of pin contacts into a hole, which ensure high reliability and quality.
The production centre is equipped with three automatic SMT lines, which include high-performance precision equipment of well-known companies such as SANYO, Universal, BTU, MPM, Philips, Assembleon, DEK, ERSA, Orbotech.

SMT line ensures
- components placement capacity – 50 thousand per hour;
- minimal IC lead pitch - 0,4mm;
- placement of electronic components having packages of any kind (including BGA), which are taped, packed in sticks, trays. Maximal sizes of components - 45x45mm, height - up to 7mm;
- maximal dimensions of processed PCBs – 360x360mm (of various replication).
