RVS-1-12 is SW and VHF dual-band linear fixed simplex radio intended to operate on railway transport within train and hot-repair communication networks.

Short description

Electrical parameters and performance of the radio ensure its operation along with other radio facilities applied in a railway communication network. The radio linear channel enables voice messages and control commands transfer, and monitoring & managing functions in Ethernet networks based on IP protocols.

The radio ensures operation in a unified monitoring and managing network.(ЕСМА).

The radio can be controlled via:

• two (for RVS-1-12) or one (for RVS-1-13) consoles, which can be located either in close proximity to the radio, or at a distance up to 1,5 km from the radio unit;
• SR-C series terminal station through a linear channel;
• TU-TS interface

• primary power supply —220 V AC mains;
• backup power supply —36…72 V accumulator battery.
