Manufacture of products of sheet laminated material

IRZ is capable to perform turning, milling, drilling and other mechanical processing of articles made of sheet laminated fiber-glass, and engraving of lettering and signs, as well as to install pins, metallic bushes with use of glues and compounds, varnish impregnation.

All the products undergo electrical tests, dimension checks, and visual inspection, including burn-in test and insulation check. IRZ is capable to produce items with specific requirements to acceptance procedure. All materials and parts pass through quality conformance checks.

Among the key partners of IRZ are the Russian Federal Space Agency and Russian Railways (RZD). IRZ company is certified for compliance to international standards ISO 9001:2008, IRIS.
